The private fully enclosed level lawned garden is situated at the rear, and with the patio area makes it perfect for outdoor dining and ideal for children to play.

The well fitted kitchen is in a galley style adjacent to the living room, overlooking the garden with easy access through large patio doors to the rear lawn.
There is a separate dining room for formal entertaining.

Two bedrooms are served by a separate, spacious modern bathroom.
The double benefits from patio doors opening out to the garden.
A comfortable home to return to after a busy day on the beach.
